Nathan Hargreaves

General Manager

With a decade of high-level food and beverage managerial experience under his belt, Nathan Hargreaves steps into his senior role as Service Director of Michelin-Starred, SHO Shaun Hergatt, with a sophisticated understanding of elite service and world-class hospitality.

Working part time in the food and beverage industry during his high school years, Nathan knew early on that he would dedicate his career to hospitality. Whilst attending Plymouth State University, Nathan took his first managerial position as Bar Manager at The Beer House in Plymouth, NH where he oversaw a small team and managed both the bar and restaurant.

After Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Nathan relocated to New York City where he joined the Millennium Broadway Hotel, immersing himself in aspects of the hotels operations. His hard work and dedication was quickly recognized with a promotion to Senior Food and Beverage Manager where he was responsible for ensuring superior food quality and the highest service standards at five food and beverage outlets within the establishment

In 2007 Nathan moved to the Carlyle Hotel and later joined the Westin Hotel in 2008.

By 2009, Nathan’s comprehensive knowledge and experience of hospitality led him to work as an independent consultant for the Princeton Club where he collaborated with the front and back of house operations to refine the food, beverage and service program.

Nathan joined the SHO team earlier this year and currently oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations as well as continuing his passionate commitment towards excellence and superior service
